Western North Carolina High School
& College Scholarships

The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina offers college scholarships to students across our 18-county region.

Awards are offered primarily to public high school seniors unless otherwise noted. Applications are available from the guidance offices of participating schools approximately two months before the deadlines. If you experience difficulties in obtaining an application from your counselor, please contact Maria Juarez , CFWNC scholarship officer.

Western North Carolina high school seniors attending the North Carolina School of the Arts, the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics or a home school registered with the NC Division of Non-Public Education are also eligible to apply. Homeschoolers should contact Maria Juarez , CFWNC Scholarship Officer, for an application.
