MRL Letter of Intent

Grantseekers must submit a completed Letter of Intent to the Foundation office by 5 p.m. on March 1, 2006. Letters of Intent may also be mailed to the Foundation’s post office box but must be received in the Foundation office by 5 p.m. on the deadline. Faxed and/or emailed Letters of Intent are not accepted as official submissions. Applicants are notified of the receipt of their application within two weeks after the deadline. If you are not notified, please contact the Foundation.

Applicants will also be notified whether or not they are invited to submit a full application by mid-April. Those chosen as finalists should plan to have both a staff and board representative attend a full application workshop to be held the first week in May.

3. Submit a Full Application

Selected organizations will then submit a full application by May 31. Site visits by members of the Advisory Committee will be conducted during June. Grant proposals are evaluated by the Advisory Committee, approved by the CFWNC Board of Directors, and funding decisions will be announced in July.
